Further Declaration of Compliance by APTA chamber of Commerce and industry

“It’s  hereby resolved and do confirm that we as the legal representatives of following federations and national chambers representing countries such as Bangladesh, China, India ,Laos, Mongolia  and  Sri Lanka ,having  deliberated  and finalized  the TOR of ( terms of references ) of APTA CCI which was in existence since 2016  and  inline with the recommendation and approval    given  by   50  th standing committee meeting of APTA participating states followed by ministerial declaration of Fourth Session of the Ministerial Council of The Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement held on 12 th -13 th of January 2017 at UNESCAP Bangkok unanimously  agreed today  toreconfirm its commitment towards the dutiful obligations of APTA Chamber of commerce and industry in Beijing ,China and to formally commence  its activities inline with its  finalized TOR ( Hereafter to be called as APTA CCI constitution )  towards the  Trade, Investment and capacity development of   APTA    member    countries   respecting  the  cultural    identity  and fundamental rights of each country representatives and trade chambers   of  APTA participating states.”
